I am Atharva Thorat, a driven AI & ML engineering student at Savitribai Phule Pune University (Batch 2024–2028), currently maintaining a strong academic record with an 8.55 SGPA. Every medicine receives a unique QR code and a genesis blockchain transaction at registration; supply chain actors scan and transfer ownership at each handoff, appending cryptographically linked blocks to the chain. Consumers can scan any medicine's QR code to instantly verify authenticity, view the full supply chain timeline, and receive a dynamic 0–100 trust score powered by geo-anomaly detection and AI-driven packaging photo verification via Google Gemini Vision.
